What the heck is a vision board, anyway? Here is an example and a link to a brief article describing it. We'll use a large canvas and mod podge to stick things to it. You can use something else if you like. The vision board most often includes pictures and words cut from magazines, but you can also draw or paint on it, write on it, glue fabric, flowers, stones, jewelry - anything you want that you can glue! Mod podge is strong and can be used to put a clear protective coat over the top of your vision board when it's "finished". Use of vision boards to visualize and imagine that we already have what we want to manifest in life is very powerful and successful. Do you want a new house? Add pictures of the house you want. New car? Add pictures. You get the idea! We'll do a guided meditation to get really clear on what we want before we begin. You can always update your vision board as the year progresses and you get more clear about what you really want. As we start towards a goal we can always adjust our course as we become more in tune with the more refined version of that goal or some other goal that reveals itself. It will be a fun afternoon and I look forward to guiding the process and seeing the boards at the end!
