So far I have learned that love is most important. Love for self and love for others. And if it is NOT UNCONDITIONAL it is NOT LOVE. Love knows no logic or reason. Love comes from the heart and transcends all. Every person, place, thing, or situation that we encounter can be a potent teacher if we are only willing and ready to learn the lesson. We are all just passing through this lifetime. Nobody is better or worse than us, although it is easy to judge others and ourselves. It is easy to criticize and complain. It is easy to say, "I can't" or, "I need", or "I have to" ~ but those beliefs strip us of our power, making us powerless to change. Saying, "I CHOOSE" restores our power and makes us take responsibility for ourselves and our words and our actions; therefore it empowers us to shape ourselves and our lives the way we want to. When I allowed myself to feel the fact of my broken heart, and my heart broke open, all that I found inside was LOVE. That was mind-blowing and significant to me. Namaste. 🙏❤️🙏💔🙏❤️🙏
